1. Fees

The following fees apply to all orders:

I) Delivery | Pickup charges

Delivery charges apply for each services (delivery to & pickup from an aircraft/FBO). This also applies to any additions made to an order upon delivery.

II) Waiting Charge

If the crew does not show up on time at the aircraft we do reserve the right to add a waiting charge on top of the bill per 30 minutes of part thereof.

2. Payment Methods

Direct billing is possible for all services provided by Carlos Aviation Catering Network UG. We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and American Express. In such a case please provide all credit card details (CC-number / exp.date / name of cardholder / security code) and a billing address when you place your order. Invoices for all services may also be settled via your handling partners, possible surcharges could apply.

3. Price

 

3.1. Quotations

Please note that airport fee as well as possible handling surcharges will be added to the amount quoted. If you are exempted from VAT, please provide us with proof of such an exemption. This applies only if paying direct to Carlos Aviation Catering Network UG.

 

3.2 Night supplement

10.00 pm - 06.00 am for goods and services: 

To EUR 500.00 net sales EUR 50,00 night surcharge

From EUR 500.01 net sales 10% night surcharge

 

3.3 Rush order supplements

Less than four hours between acceptance and delivery. 

To EUR 100.00 EUR 25.00 surcharge 

From EUR 100.01 to EUR 500.01 EUR 50.00 surcharge 

From EUR 500.02 10% surcharge

 

3.4  Waiting surcharge 

 

We schedule for the handover of our services 20 minutes. Please be aware that in case of delays an extra fee for each 30 minutes will become due so please assure that a crew member will be ready to take over the catering upon the timing confirmed. 

 

4. Cancellation Policy

I) Cancellation - stock items

Cancellations may be made to stock items, such as cold foods, beverages and other goods in stock. Cancellation free of charge depends on the volume of the catering order. Please call us regarding any cancellations less than six hours prior to scheduled delivery.

II) Cancellation - cooked items

Cooked items are those freshly prepared for your convenience. Cancellation free of charge depends on the volume of the catering order. Please call us regarding any cancellations less than six hours prior to scheduled delivery.

III) Special orders

Special orders involve items which have been sourced or supplied by a third party due to exclusivity or limited availability. Cancellation free of charge depends on the volume of the catering order. Please call us regarding any cancellations less than 12 hours prior to scheduled delivery.

IV) Rush orders

If there is limited time (less than six hours) between order placement and delivery, we are unable to guarantee the availability of all requested items. In such a case you will be informed upon delivery. With the exception of stock beverages, cancellation of rush order items is not accepted, therefore all charges and fees will apply.

5. Extra Services

I) Laundry service

We offer a full laundry and dry cleaning service.

II) Stewarding service

Board equipment such as china, glass and silverware can be cleaned, too.

6. Food Safety Regulations

All food is prepared and stored in accordance with FDA, HACCP and German federal hygiene and sanitation rules and regulations.
